So if you’re ready to build with us, we’re looking for someone: With 0-2 years of experience in preconstruction estimating and a bachelor’s degree in a related field Fluent and comfortable with Microsoft Excel and adept to learning new software quickly Analytical and wired to problem-solve Communication-driven, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently Detail-oriented and exceptional in time management, able to multitask, maintain organization, and meet deadlines under pressure Flexible and unafraid to ask questions or share ideas

Requirements

With 0-2 years of experience in preconstruction estimating and a bachelor’s degree in a related field
Fluent and comfortable with Microsoft Excel and adept to learning new software quickly
Analytical and wired to problem-solve
Communication-driven, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
Detail-oriented and exceptional in time management, able to multitask, maintain organization, and meet deadlines under pressure
Flexible and unafraid to ask questions or share ideas

Responsibilities

Learn to analyze costs and budgets for construction projects
Provide accurate estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and coordinators to develop project plans and prepare and submit bids and proposals
Review and analyze project specifications and drawings
Identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors
