About The Position

The University of Tennessee Southern enthusiastically invites applications for
the position of Assistant Professor in Chemistry. This is a full-time faculty
position with teaching responsibilities in the Chemistry Program, housed in the
School of Math and Sciences. The position's principal responsibility is teaching
the prescribed course load (12 hours). Other responsibilities include academic
and career advising of students, research, and mentorship in Chemistry as well
as service to the University and the School of Math and Sciences. There will be
opportunities to develop new courses. This is a full-time, in-person position.
