The Joyce E. Lillis School of Nursing invites applications for a full-time, 12-month faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor whose teaching and scholarship is focused on Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing. Reporting to the pathway/program chair, this role involves curriculum development, clinical/lab/simulation instruction, scholarly engagement, and service to the school and community. The successful candidate will be committed to excellence in nursing education and student success, with a focus on preparing practice-ready graduates. The candidate we seek is a dedicated, student-centered educator broad disciplinary knowledge and recent college or university teaching experience (preferred). Initially, the candidate will teach primarily in the pre-licensure pathways (ASN, BSN, and ABSN), guiding students in building essential knowledge, skills, and professional competencies for entry to practice. This is an on-campus position, with the potential for limited hybrid flexibility.
