Requirements
- M.D. or equivalent degree required.
- Must be ABPN-certified or eligible for certification in Psychiatry with the expectation of becoming certified as per the UAMS bylaws.
Responsibilities
- Teaching and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Providing excellent clinical care, including evidence-based psychiatric diagnostic assessment and treatment.
- Completing medical records according to professional standards and in a timely manner using the UAMS EMR system.
- Additional services to the College, University, and profession are expected as needs are identified.
