About The Position

Macon and Joan Brock Virginia Health Sciences at Old Dominion University is seeking an Assistant Professor within the Department of Medicine. This person will deliver medical care to patients in a hospital setting and may be involved with the clinical rating of students/residents.

Requirements

• MD, DO, MB, or MBBA
• State of VA license

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to patients in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with Nursing, office staff, administration in patient care.
• Collaborate with peers, and support staff.
• Participate in academic/clinical/research activates as needed.
• Participate in education evaluations and career development of students, residents, fellow, and staff.
• Participate in committees as assigned.
