About The Position

As the Assistant Project Coordinator, you are a key part of the visual experience across our Memphis locations. You don't just manage tasks; you bridge the gap between visionary concepts and tangible ministry impact. Working hand-in-hand with the Design Director, Design Project Manager and Department Directors, you’ll help ensure every project—from environmental designs to digital assets—is executed with a spirit of excellence and a high standard of creativity.

Responsibilities

• Work with the entire Design Team to receive project requests and move them forward
• Serve as the point of contact for assigned design requests, streamlining the intake process and proactively driving project development through each stage of the design cycle
• Collaborate with the Event Coordinator to ensure the successful implementation of design elements
• Help translate physical display ideas into functional mock-ups for all Memphis locations
• Own how our Vision and messaging become tangible through the merchandise process for The Life Church family across the world. Coordinate large-scale merchandise projects, including brainstorming, mood boarding, sourcing, producing, data/sales management and delivery.
• Orchestrate professional photo and video shoots that capture the vibrant life of our church
• Champion the inventory of decor and design supplies, making sure everything is ready when our teams need it
• Coordinate seasonal environmental design refreshes across the Memphis locations
• Assist the Design Director with miscellaneous Design Team responsibilities
• Support your Location Pastor in building a life-giving, vibrant culture at The Life Church
