Rogers-O’Brien Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager. This position provides hands-on training in Project Manager functions and responsibilities while working under the supervision of an experienced Project Manager. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to living Rogers-O’Brien’s core values—prioritizing safety, acting with integrity, delivering quality, investing in people, embracing the RO Ride, and continuously pursuing a better way. The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports the Project Manager in all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout. This role is designed to provide hands-on training and development in Project Manager responsibilities while contributing directly to project planning, execution, cost control, scheduling, safety, and quality.
