About The Position

BASIC FUNCTION: Assist project management schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the logistical and technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. Work closely with project management and jobsite supervisory personnel to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.

Requirements

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree, preferably with Construction Management concentration, but not a requirement.
  • EXPERIENCE: Related experience in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Business writing ability. Knowledge of data analysis procedures and good math skills. Ability to read plans/specs. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • MENTAL: Must have desire and aptitude for learning new things. Must be able to work under time and budgetary constraints.
  • LICENSES/CERTIFICATION: Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the project manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
  • Coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met
  • Supervise and motivate jobsite supervisory staff
  • Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources
  • Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications
  • Create reports, analyze and interpret data
  • Tracking and ordering materials and equipment
