The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for supporting and coordinating construction projects to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients while driving profitability for CPPI. This role requires leading by example and consistently reflecting CPPI’s mission, vision, and core values. The Assistant Project Manager manages subcontractor performance, supervises project engineers, and supports the Project Manager across all areas of cost control, quality assurance, scheduling, and jobsite safety. Additionally, this position involves maintaining strong working relationships with Clients, Architects, Consultants, and Subcontractors. Daily responsibilities are carried out with a focus on upholding the company’s standards, values, and commitment to excellence.
