About The Position

Hokanson Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Evansville, IN. This position supports a Property Manager in overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties located in Indiana and Illinois.
Responsibilities include client and tenant communication, vendor and contractor management, property inspections, maintenance coordination, budgeting support and invoice approval, and emergency response coordination.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial property management or facilities management
• Basic understanding of facilities related needs, issues, and systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and availability for regional travel
