Fogelman is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join the team at Station Heights located in Alpharetta, GA. This property is scheduled to transition in early-April. We are looking for candidates who are customer focused, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of Assistant Property Manager experience within the multifamily industry. We’re looking for someone who is strong in accounting and collections, highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proficient in Yardi. Proven leasing abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service are essential. Experience with Yardi, CRM platforms, and Yieldstar is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required for this position. The Assistant Property Manager will also assist the Property Manager with assigned duties related to property operations and compliance with company policy and applicable laws.
