About The Position

As our Assistant Property Manager, you are primarily focused on ensuring an exceptional owner experience. You will support the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations with a significant emphasis on managing owner inquiries and requests. This involves taking notes, documenting interactions in Salesforce, and synthesizing information across various systems to ensure owners receive the reliable service they trust. Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Propertyware and Meld will be incredibly helpful in your daily tasks. You'll partner with our internal resident coordinators on resident-related matters and occasionally assist residents with work orders via Meld, phone calls, and emails. Your friendly demeanor and positive attitude set the tone for the owners, and your ability to effectively navigate information and provide clear communication is key. You will proactively work to maintain strong owner relationships, taking pride in helping provide well-managed living arrangements for our tenants while maximizing profits for our owner's and HomeRiver Group.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of property management experience required.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to drive locally required.
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn various software programs including G-Suite applications, (Gmail, Google Drive) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Life-changing customer service skills, particularly in owner relations.

Nice To Haves

  • Leasing experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Entrata or similar property management systems
