Assistant Recreation Director
About The Position
The Assistant Director of Recreation will be responsible for, but not limited to: 1. Interact in a kind, compassionate manner with residents, families & co-workers 2. Plan and execute appropriate activities 3. Maintain a liaison with other department supervisors to adequately plan for resident activities 4. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action 5. Assist with employee work schedules for the Recreation Department 6. Requirements
- 1+ years or relevant experience, at least 1 of which in a supervisory capacity
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
