The full-time Assistant Restaurant Chef will have the responsibility of assisting in managing the Club's a la carte restaurant kitchens. This individual will support the Restaurant Chef with menu design and the timeliness and quality of the food products served to our members and guests. Most importantly, the Assistant Restaurant Chef will assist in training the culinary team, as well as direct and assist staff in the preparation, seasoning, expediting, and cooking of all orders.
