Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in retail receiving, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of retail business operations, supply chain, and standard accounting practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, problem‑solve, and remain composed under pressure.
  • Strong computer proficiency and comfort navigating inventory and accounting systems.
  • Collaborative communication style and ability to build positive cross‑department relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading or coaching a team preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee accurate receipt, processing, and distribution of all merchandise and supplies across retail locations.
  • Maintain organized inventory flow and support operational alignment with Buyers, Vendors, and Accounting teams.
  • Submit, track, and reconcile purchase orders and invoices.
  • Process supplier setups, wire requests, and payment documentation to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Maintain precise inventory control records for all retail outlets.
  • Generate and submit all required month‑end inventory and accounting reports in alignment with financial standards.
  • Supervise, hire, train, evaluate, and discipline a team of two or more employees.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, set performance expectations, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Exercise independent judgment in making workflow, prioritization, and problem‑solving decisions.
  • Resolve vendor issues, workflow challenges, and discrepancies proactively.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Safeguard confidential and sensitive financial and business information.
  • Ensure all actions comply with audit standards, financial controls, and Four Seasons operating procedures.
  • Support physical inventory planning, execution, and reconciliation.
  • Assist store teams as needed to maintain operational continuity.
