Overarching responsibility is to maximize profit through the management of margins and expenses; this position has P&L responsibilities. The Wholesale Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the execution / management of the sales process, manufacturer associate dealer programs, dealer volume bonus and Incentive programs. This position is responsible for planning and implementing strategies based on the sales process to manage and attain sales/productivity goals Assistant Wholesale Sales Operations Manager will be provided with the following: Reimbursed for approved travel expenses Company cell phone Laptop Compensation and Work Schedule: The Wholesale Manager position is salaried and includes a variable compensation component based on an established annual Gross Profit target. Base pay: $52,500 - $58,000 / Year based on experience Variable Incentive: Monthly incentive compensation is 20% of base pay Salaries Position: Normal hours are M-F, must be available to work some weekends and occasional evening hours as needed Who Are We?
