Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager to support our Service Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our Audi service department. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and has a proven track record of leading a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a service management or assistant manager role at a dealership required
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of dealership operations, service processes, and warranty procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily service operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Support and coach service advisors and technicians to achieve department goals
  • Monitor workflow, productivity, and service quality
  • Ensure compliance with Audi service standards and MileOne policies
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates and concerns
  • Assist in parts and inventory management as needed
