Job Summary: As a Service Technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for assisting the Lead Service Technician. You also develop new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work. Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be 21 years old for insurance purposes
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to climb ladders
Must be able to access crawl spaces and attics
Must be able to work nights and weekends occasionally
Must be able to travel out of town occasionally

Responsibilities

Performs duct cleaning at residential locations
Helps the Lead Service Technician set up
Demonstrates professional knowledge of all company products and services
Clean and restore ductwork and HVAC components, dryer vents, and condenser coils
Manage customer relations and assure quality customer service
Work well with other team members and perform assigned duties at a high level
Helps the Lead Service Technician breakdown after services are completed
