About The Position

Our Retail Outlet/ Recycle Assistant Manager leads by example through fair delegation and hands-on work in various areas of the store. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or production experience strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring efficient, accurate recyclable sorting and packing of recycled commodities.
• Payroll/timekeeping
• Assisting in ensuring production goals and sales goals are met.
• Communicating tools, equipment and product needs to Transportation Department.
• Closing store, reconciling cash with daily sales reports and securing facility for night.
• Cash register/customer service.
• Pulling items from sales floor, placing in carts/ totes and moving to recycling area (may also require frequent lifting of moderately heavy items up to 35 lbs).
• Stocking sales floor with goods.
• Some Data entry utilizing Excel spread sheets.
