As an assistant store manager, you will… Elevate the Pike Place experience by modeling exceptional customer service and coaching partners on our service and experience standards. Create moments of connection by addressing customer and partner concerns with professionalism, empathy, and care. Recognize and celebrate partners to foster engagement and a sense of belonging. Maintain a visible presence on the floor during shifts to actively coach and develop partners through real-time observation, intentional feedback, and hands-on support. Execute store quarterly action plans and priorities in partnership with the Store Manager Ensure operational excellence by monitoring inventory accuracy, adjusting orders, and maintaining cash management standards. Schedules partners and manages hours to balance operational needs with the partner and customer experience, recognizing the critical business investment in our success Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management in collaboration with the leadership group to build a strong, capable in store team. Communicate effectively by cascading store updates and ensuring partners are informed and equipped to deliver the Pike Place experience. Champion safety and compliance by identifying and addressing risks to health, safety, and operations. Collaborate with the leadership team to execute the vision for Pike Place, including cultural storytelling and market engagement.
