About The Position

Traction Wellness Group is hiring an Assistant Studio Manager for one of our SweatHouz studios! SweatHouz is the fastest-growing recovery franchise business globally. With 90 open locations and over 300 licenses sold, SweatHouz is accelerating the world’s adoption of contrast therapy through private suite experiences, harnessing the power of infrared sauna and cold plunge! Traction Wellness Group, the company driving the growth of multiple health and wellness brands, is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager for one of our SweatHouz locations. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in our local and national expansion. Job Summary As an Assistant Studio Manager, you’ll support the Studio Manager in overseeing key aspects of a SweatHouz studio’s performance. This includes assisting with driving revenue, supporting sales efforts, maintaining operational excellence, elevating the customer experience, and fostering a positive community impact. The ideal candidate is a sales-driven team player with strong customer service and organizational skills. Responsibilities

  • Effectively promote and sell memberships and packages to guests, owning execution of the full intro process while on shift and maintaining a closing percentage of 25%+
  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and ensure a consistent, high-quality front desk experience, owning front desk systems and flow throughout the shift.
  • Build strong member relationships through exceptional service, accurate follow-up execution, and clear communication.
  • Escort guests to their suites and oversee suite readiness, cleanliness, and turnover quality to uphold studio standards.
  • Perform daily plunge checks, logs, and water maintenance, including monitoring filters and chemicals to ensure plunge health and safety.
  • Order, track, and manage studio consumables and inventory (toiletries, beverages, cleaning supplies, etc.) to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Maintain studio cleanliness standards by auditing deep cleans, suite condition, and overall quality control.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training of Sales Associates, assisting with skill development, audits, and training completion.
  • Act as Manager-on-Duty when the Studio Manager is off, stabilizing daily operations and executing Studio Manager priorities.
  • Own shift execution, including staff coverage needs, intro report tracking, and operational accountability.
  • Monitor and manage Axle communications, calls, and follow-up systems while in studio to ensure front desk consistency.
  • Execute maintenance workflows and communicate priorities through OpenWrench or approved systems.
  • Enforce operational standards, policies, and procedures through consistent leadership and accountability.
  • Participate in leadership meetings to review key performance indicators, including plunge health, inventory accuracy, intro execution quality, training audits, and operational reliability.
