About The Position

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Construction Team. A team that will support you, challenge you, invest in your growth and care for you personally. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, customer focused individual to join our Team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with six (6) months to one (1) year related experience or; Technical Degree in Construction with six (6) months to one (1) year related experience
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle capable of carrying supplies and willing to drive among designated communities in daytime and nighttime. Ability to travel as needed in general.
• Ability to Care by taking ownership over work produced and going the extra mile.
• Ability to Serve our customers and look at setbacks as opportunities to create a positive impression.
• Ability to Improve by accepting challenges and always looking to move forward.

Responsibilities

• Customer experience
• Obtain training on processes and procedures
• Support Superintendents
• Enforce jobsite cleanliness
• Inspect and enforce quality standards
