Performs the duties and responsibilities of scheduled assigned line position. While performing line position integrates the following into daily activities: supervises and instructs employees in the daily operation of the department, participates in special projects and in areas of expertise; follows guidelines for maintaining a quality food service. Has responsibility for area in absence of the area supervisor. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
