Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting preferred
• Coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training available)
• Must meet all state childcare licensing requirements
• Reliable, caring, and passionate about working with children

Responsibilities

• Support Lead Teachers in delivering our play-based L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Assist with daily routines including playtime, meals, transitions, and cleanup
• Work with different age groups (Infants, Toddlers, Preschool) as needed
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and teammates
• Keep classrooms organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
• Bring flexibility, positivity, and teamwork to the school each day
