We’re looking for a motivated Website Management Specialist to join our marketing team and help elevate our digital presence across multiple dealership websites. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in shaping the customer experience and driving results online. Position Overview The Asst. Website Management Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our dealership websites to ensure accuracy, usability, and performance. This role combines technical know-how, creative problem solving, and marketing execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-driven, and excited about building a career in digital marketing.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or web design
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Self-starter with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Responsibilities
- Implement monthly go-to-market updates across multiple dealership websites
- Maintain content management, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
- Support UX design and implementation to improve site usability and conversions
- Collaborate with the website team to analyze site performance and provide recommendations for improvements
- Execute SEO initiatives to improve search visibility and relevance
- Assist with quality control audits to identify and resolve website errors or issues
- Maintain and update staff pages, inventory pages, and other dynamic content
- Assist marketing team in launching campaigns and promotions, as well as any additional projects
