About The Position
Looking for a fun, active weekend job working with kids? Soccer Shots is hiring Assistant Coaches to help lead soccer classes for children ages 2–8 years old . You’ll work alongside a Lead Coach to create a positive, high-energy environment where kids learn soccer skills and important life lessons. No soccer experience is required. We provide paid training and a structured curriculum for every session. We are a year-round program - our Spring season runs from April-June. Successful assistant coaches have the opportunity to continue after the Spring season.
Requirements
- Enjoy working with young children (ages 2–8)
- Have a positive, energetic personality
- Are reliable and punctual
- Like being active and outdoors
- Work well as part of a team
- Have reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Coach during soccer classes for young children
- Help set up and clean up equipment
- Encourage kids and help them stay engaged in activities
- Create a fun, supportive environment for players
- Help keep sessions organized and running smoothly
