About The Position

We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician Level 1 to assist with basic repair and maintenance tasks around our facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with minimal prior experience who is eager to learn and build their skills in a hands-on environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No significant experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools (e.g., cordless drills, saws) is helpful.
• Strong willingness to learn and take direction.
• Reliable and able to complete tasks on time.
• Comfortable with physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Basic hands-on experience in general maintenance, repair, or physical labor is a plus.
• Interest in developing skills in plumbing, electrical work, or HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Help with minor repairs, such as changing oils, replacing filters, or repairing small items.
• Perform simple maintenance tasks, such as cleaning equipment or common areas.
• Conduct basic inspections to identify any maintenance issues and report them to Senior Techs.
• Assist with facility upkeep, meeting room(s) set up, basic carpentry, or organizing tool crib.
• Ensure tools and work areas are clean and safe.
• Follow instructions to carry out assigned projects and tasks.
• Work with team members to assist in larger maintenance jobs when needed.
