The Associate FP&A Analyst helps build efficient financial models, streamline processes, and strengthen the T eam's overall forecasting accuracy and efficiency. They’ll gain foundational experience in Southwest’s financial performance by analyzing results, identifying variances and trends, and gathering key inputs from d epartment p artners to update plans and forecasts. The Associate FP&A Analyst i s anal ytical and is a skilled communicator who supports Southwest’s commitment to informed decisions, operational excellence, and long‑term financial health.
