About The Position

This position is to be the administrator/owner of the fuel cards that are used to access diesel fuel, motor oil, washer fluid, and diesel exhaust fluid for our trucks nationwide.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree from a two-year college
• Two (2) years of general office experience preferred
• Demonstrated time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
• Ability to work independently and/or as a team member
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

• Performing activating and de-activating, replacement, and fraudulent cards
• Provide accurate information and assistance, which includes running reports and analyzing opportunities for the company drive efficiencies, detect fraud, and detect compliance violations.
• Communicate compliance deficiencies identified by the business intelligent tool and communicate these deficiencies to management.
• Manage the inventory of fuel cards within the system.
• Communicate with service centers assessments of fraud issues.
• Communicate and point of contact with internal customers addressing questions regarding retail fuel locations, fuel cards, accessory purchases.
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned
