About The Position
Mercury Systems specializes in secure mission-critical technology for the military and defense. We are seeking an Associate Micro-Electronics Assembler for our Operations group. This is a great opportunity for a “hands-on get-it-done” individual to contribute to the future growth of the corporation.
Requirements
- Typically requires one year of experience or less.
- Eagar and motivated to learn, work and grow with Mercury.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must continuously meet/exceed production schedules and deadlines according to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Performs a wide variety of electrical/mechanical product assembly operations on components, assemblies or sub-assemblies.
- Disassembling, modifying, reworking, re-assembling assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
- Assist/perform production assembly.
- Prepares assembly work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications and routers.
- Must continuously meet/exceed production schedules and deadlines according to quality standards.
- Maintain logs, paperwork, and forms accurately consistent with company policy and practices.
