About The Position

The Associate Technology Solutions Manager supports the delivery of reliable technology solutions by coordinating system support and small delivery initiatives across business systems and teams. This role works across both business and technical groups to scope needs, resolve issues, and track progress — with a focus on clear communication and follow-through. This individual contributor is expected to handle light technical work (e.g., SQL, Databricks), organize priorities, and respond quickly to internal customers and end users. The role helps improve delivery quality by supporting coordination, data clarity, and system reliability. Success is measured by responsiveness, execution clarity, and reduced friction across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 2-4 years Related working experience.
  • SQL / Data Platforms (Strongly Preferred)
  • Communication (Strongly Preferred)
  • Project Coordination (Strongly Preferred)
  • System Support (Strongly Preferred)
  • Customer Orientation (Strongly Preferred)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Travel Required (Yes/No): Yes

Nice To Haves

  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or related field (Preferred)
  • Spatial analytics experience using Python, Spatial SQL, or Databricks (Preferred)
  • Databricks Data Intelligence Platform (Preferred)
  • Power Platform/Power BI (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide system support and troubleshooting for key tools and platforms, including basic SQL queries or Databricks workflows. Escalate or resolve low to moderate complexity issues.
  • Coordinate work for small initiatives or workstreams, ensuring tasks are scoped, tracked, and shared clearly with partners. Provide updates with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serve as the first line of response for internal users and business teams. Own follow-through on requests, blockers, and cross-functional questions.
  • Partner with more senior technology and delivery peers to support integrations, issue resolution, and business process enhancements.
  • Contribute to a culture of ownership, clarity, and problem-solving by showing up with consistency and focus.
