About The Position

The Associate Account Executive will work alongside and support current members of the Sales team focused specifically on Green Grass wholesale accounts. This individual will be a critical part of ensuring that our customers are receiving best in class service and partnership as we drive rapid and profitable growth together.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2+ years related experience and/or training in golf industry or wholesale apparel sales
  • Must live in the Chicago Metro Area

Responsibilities

  • Support assigned Account Executives to maximize growth opportunity and meet or exceed territory financial targets.
  • Build and maintain active and close relationships with accounts in territory and provide highest level of customer experience.
  • Support Account Executives in preparation and execution of seasonal selling periods, including sample coordination, scheduling, appointment notes, order entry, and post appointment follow-up.
  • Assist in capturing in-season business opportunities, developing digital proposals and managing special orders.
  • Key support in tournament and event planning and execution, the AAE will manage each event from beginning to end, and be available on-site.
  • Coordinate and track custom projects from beginning to end to ensure accuracy and timely delivery to customers
  • Engage in merchandising activities for top customers within territory
  • Work closely with Customer Experience and Fulfillment teams to monitor order status and achieve fill-rate targets.
  • Regularly engage with customers to discuss product performance and develop consistent summary notes on territory feedback.
  • Maintain active account lists within assigned territory with updated contact information.
  • Work closely with VP of Sales on group sales initiatives, including territory and product analysis, presentation creation, and industry research
