The Associate Account Manager (AAM) plays a key role in supporting the Client Service team and gaining hands-on exposure to the insurance brokerage business. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation and grow their career within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The AAM is responsible for completing specific service and transactional tasks on an assigned book of business under the guidance of the Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, or Account Executive. This role requires a detail-oriented, process-driven mindset and the ability to manage a high volume of work with accuracy and organization. Assist with the preparation of proposals, renewal materials, and loss summary analyses. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system of record, documenting all client communications and policy activity. Contribute to new business efforts and support firm-wide client retention goals. Follow established documentation, compliance, and E&O procedures to ensure accuracy and risk mitigation.
