Why this job’s a big deal: As the Associate Analyst, Benefits Administration, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day administration of Priceline’s employee benefits programs. You’ll partner closely with the Global Benefits team and work cross-functionally with P&C, Payroll, and external vendors to help ensure our benefits programs run smoothly and accurately across multiple regions. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required - preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 1-3 years’ experience in HR, benefits administration, or a related operations role
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and spreadsheets
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HRIS and data analysis tools - experience with Workday and Google Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Leave of Absence Administration: Lead the administration of employee leaves of absence, including medical, parental, and other statutory or company-sponsored leaves. Coordinate intake, track leave progress, manage documentation, and communicate with employees, managers, Payroll, and third-party leave administrators to ensure a smooth and compliant leave experience.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other benefit offerings. Communicate employee eligibility and process enrollments, life event changes, and terminations in HR systems and vendor platforms, while resolving employee inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Payroll & Vendor Coordination: Partner with Payroll and external vendors to support accurate benefit deductions, contributions, data feeds, and reconciliations. Resolve discrepancies related to benefits and leave administration and ensure timely follow-up with providers.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain benefits and leave data integrity through regular audits, system checks, and reporting, and prepare standard reports and summaries to support payroll accuracy, vendor management, and internal reviews.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Partner with BHI Benefits Analyst to ensure benefits and leave programs comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Maintain accurate records, support audits, and document processes and updates as requirements evolve.
  • Process Improvement & Program Support: Support annual benefits processes such as Open Enrollment and plan renewals, and contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and employee-facing communications to improve efficiency and the overall employee experience.
