Every role has an impact on our patients' lives and you have the opportunity to make a difference. We are looking for a dedicated Associate Application Engineer like you to be a part of our team. Job Summary and Qualifications Join the HCA Identity Development and Analytics team as we enable continuous protection of business assets through highly available identity solutions and analytics! The IAM Associate Application Engineer will assist in providing process design, development and implementation of PowerBI dashboards, SSRS reports, and data modeling focusing on Identity & Access data. This individual will work independently (with supervision) and collaboratively to build and maintain identity analytic solutions that meet organizational needs. They will exhibit a high degree of self-motivation as well as possessing excellent communication, documentation and relationship building skills. The IAM Associate Application Engineer will work closely with the Information Protection and Identify Governance departments to develop and support dashboards and processes that support access management and processes. Duties include but are not limited to:

Requirements

  • The ability to be able to communicate at a detail level with technical resources to ensure accuracy.
  • The ability to foster an aggressive winning culture within a team.
  • Working knowledge of BI development tools.
  • Working knowledge of ETL processes
  • Ability to analyze and present data from various source systems
  • Solid conceptual understanding in database design and programming
  • Solid conceptual understanding of relational database technology
  • Solid conceptual understanding of BI development tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop a high level of proficiency and understanding of Identity data from various source systems and how it's utilized to develop analytics and processes to support enterprise access management.
  • Manage changes according to change management policies and processes for supported systems with minimal supervision.
  • Provide process design, development and implementation of PowerBI dashboards, SSRS reports and SSIS packages
  • Work closely with Senior Application Engineers to complete data modeling and develop data macros in the EDWIM Teradata environment.
  • Work closely with business process owners in requirements gathering activities to validate, develop, and sustain applications and processes.
  • Assist with the design of user interfaces and security model for Identity Analytics reporting tools
  • Codes to HCA standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
