About The Position

We are seeking a candidate with the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, produce accurate and high-quality work product in a fast-paced volume-based environment. The candidate must be able to work independently and possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills. PA Bar Required. This position can work out of the Ft Washington office or remotely. Seeking someone within the area of Reading PA. Newly Barred Attorneys Welcome!!!

Requirements

Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills; strong interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate through both verbal and written electronic correspondence
Demonstrate an excellent ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations
Meticulous analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with a dynamic and diverse team of experienced professionals
Juris Doctor
Bar membership in Pennsylvania
PA Bar Required

Nice To Haves

Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients, court personnel, and firm staff regularly
Draft and review pleadings, motions, petitions, responses, briefs, and other filings
Ensure all internal systems are updated to include findings, documentation, and recommendations
Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements, as applicable
Prepare for and attend court appearances (oral arguments, hearings, conferences) in Lancaster, Berks, Lebanon, Lehigh, Schuylkill, Carbon, Northampton, Monroe, Luzerne, and other PA counties as needed
