Role Summary: We are seeking motivated recent college graduates to join our rapidly growing team as an Associate Broker. This role will be based in Malvern, PA and is on-site in office. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting a team of brokers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will develop critical skills, obtain broker licensure, and advance toward a broker role within the organization.

Requirements

• Progress towards a bachelor’s degree with a graduation date of Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
• Degree program in Business, Finance, Risk Management Insurance, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Liberal Arts, or a related field
• Authorized to work in the U.S on an ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Location: On-site in our Malvern, PA office
• The base salary for this role is $70,000. Please note that the salary is standardized and not subject to negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage renewal solicitations to clients and carriers
• Prepare and distribute renewal proposals accurately and timely
• Oversee policy issuance processes ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Support brokers with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Facilitate communication with clients and insurance carriers
• Perform data entry and maintain detailed policy documentation
• Track critical deadlines and ensure timely follow-up
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and special assignments as needed
