About The Position

As an Associate Business Development Representative, Mid-Market, you will help fuel Duda’s growth by identifying and engaging potential customers across North America. This role is designed for someone early in their career who is excited to learn, curious about technology, and interested in building strong outbound sales fundamentals. You will focus on researching accounts, reaching out to prospects, and starting meaningful conversations. With support from experienced teammates and leaders, you will learn how to understand customer needs, qualify opportunities, and partner closely with Account Executives. This role is a great fit if you are curious, enjoy reaching out to people across different channels, and like learning by doing, testing, and improving with feedback.

Requirements

  • 0–1 years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or similar role.
  • Interest in technology, SaaS, or digital products.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn how products and customers work.
  • Comfort picking up new tools and systems.
  • Clear communicator who listens well and is open to feedback.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage a high level of activity.
  • Collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Gong, or similar platforms is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Research potential customers to understand who they are and how they might use Duda.
  • Reach out to prospects through calls, email, and LinkedIn with thoughtful, personalized messaging.
  • Start conversations that uncover needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Learn how to qualify opportunities based on fit, interest, and timing.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain consistent outbound activity while learning how to balance volume with quality.
  • Use sales tools and CRM systems to track outreach and stay organized.
  • Partner with BDR team members, Account Executives, and other Duders to learn territory strategy and improve handoffs.
  • Participate in team initiatives such as campaigns, events, or creative outbound programs.
