About The Position

Prepares operations analyses, including analysis of competitors, operational effectiveness and capacity utilization, and makes recommendations for improvement. Develops process analyses, designs and simulations. Requires a solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry and possesses strong analytical skills. Provides statistical information to ensure the most effective utilization of personnel, equipment and materials for electric and/or gas operations. Performs analyses of the operation's cost elements to ensure effective and efficient operations. May track, maintain and provide current information on the operation's business scorecard.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily, weekly and monthly updates on performance with regards to operations KPIs to field and leadership teams
• Supports the annual budgeting process
• Supports Business Intelligence team with forecasting, updating BI reports and data modeling as needed
• Demonstrates ability to create and present data-based business recommendations to senior management
• Collaborates as appropriate with business partners across the company to support larger projects and/or ad hoc requests
