We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing I to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. The role will be part of the Private Asset Fund Support team supporting the operational responsibilities of private asset products offered by BNY Wealth. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in brokerage processing.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving, and clear written/verbal communication
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a high-volume, control-focused environment; proactive ownership mindset

Responsibilities

  • Work at the heart of private asset operations, including but not limited to supporting capital activity, valuations, NAV processes, management of investor documents.
  • Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other organizational units, private asset administrators, and our client facing team to resolve issues and meet client needs efficiently.
  • Process account-related transactions according to scheduled events and client-authenticated instructions, following established procedures.
  • Address inquiries and resolve problems, adapting responses or conducting extensive research as needed; escalate complex issues to senior colleagues.
  • Apply area knowledge and industry standards to provide effective solutions to internal and external clients.
  • Execute complex operational tasks within a product or functional area, including allocating and reviewing work of team members and performing supervisory review and approval actions as required.
  • Contribute to achieving team objectives and maintaining high service standards.
