The successful candidate: Hours: Monday–Friday, Day Shift Work Location: Fully Onsite – Newnan, GA

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of research‑related experience or experience within a science‑related industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage research supply and inventory for clinical trials.
  • Support non‑treatment–related trial activities and patient‑facing tasks.
  • Assist with patient consenting in accordance with protocol and regulatory requirements.
  • Interact regularly with providers, clinic staff, and patients to support study activities.
  • Coordinate and manage clinical trial patient reimbursements.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Research Team.
  • Collaborate with multiple hospital departments for trial‑related needs and workflows.
  • Process, ship, and store blood samples following study and safety guidelines.
  • Utilize EPIC and various sponsor web portals for study documentation and data entry.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support research operations.
