Design, deliver, communicate, monitor and/or administer broad-based compensation programs and practices, including job attributes, pay structure, incentive plans, annual rewards and other compensation related programs for our Wholesale Banking business, while also supporting consultants, senior consultants, and incentive designers in the execution and optimization of these processes. Develop and implement strategies for delivery of compensation to ensure competitiveness, appropriate linkages between pay and performance, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including providing guidance and partnership to consultants, senior consultants, and incentive designers as they contribute to program design and delivery. Consult and partner with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and the business regarding ongoing compensation management, job evaluation, program/plan design, and other compensation related topics, and provide subject-matter support, coaching, and oversight to consultants, senior consultants, and incentive designers involved in these efforts. Ensure the effectiveness of compensation policies, procedures, and controls, while contributing to the development of team capabilities by supporting consultants, senior consultants, and incentive designers in applying these standards. Position has in office expectations and will sit in Truist's office in Charlotte, NC.
