The Associate, Continuous Improvement will help drive operational audits and improvement initiative projects. The primary goal is to ensure a high standard of organization, communication, documentation, and appropriate follow-up during event and non-event days. This role involves maintaining a visible and accessible floor presence to deliver "best-in-class" service to guests at Wrigley Field, Gallagher Way, and the American Airlines conference center. The position requires flexibility in working hours to align with business needs. Interview & Hiring Timeline: interviews with qualified candidates are anticipated to take place beginning in early March.
