About The Position

Fresh off being named Ad Age's 2025 Business Transformation Agency of the Year and Adweek's 2025 U.S. Media Agency of the Year, GALE is looking for an Associate to join its Corporate Communications team. In this highly visible position, you’ll play a direct role in keeping that momentum going, while supporting GALE’s next wave of growth. The Corporate Communications Associate will be the engine behind GALE's social media presence while also contributing across the full spectrum of what the team owns: external and internal communications, media relations, executive positioning, events, thought leadership, awards, and more. You'll work closely with the Associate Manager and Vice President of Corporate Communications to elevate GALE's external presence, extend brand awareness, and support business growth. You'll have the opportunity for true ownership and room to bring new ideas that shape how GALE shows up in the world.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in communications, social media, marketing, or a related field
  • A natural feel for social media – you understand what works on each platform and why
  • Strong writing and communications skills – you can shift tone from a LinkedIn thought leadership post to a TikTok caption without missing a beat
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams
  • Curious, creative, and eager to learn and grow
  • Proactive and self-driven

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage GALE's social media channels — LinkedIn (primary), Instagram, X/Twitter, and TikTok
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives follower growth, engagement, and impressions, in partnership with the Associate Manager and Vice President
  • Write compelling copy and develop creative approaches; partner closely with team’s Designers on visual assets and video content
  • Manage content calendar end-to-end, from ideation to publishing to performance tracking
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, identify opportunities, and proactively bring new ideas
  • Support external and internal communications efforts, including drafting and distributing key messaging, blogs, newsletters, etc.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives to position GALE and its key leaders
  • Help with project management and planning for external events (e.g. Cannes Lions)
  • Support and/or drive internal communications projects
  • Track deadlines and manage events and awards calendars
  • Maintain core team trackers and documents to keep us organized and running smoothly.
