About The Position
This is a production-focused, high-volume associate role designed for dentists who are comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment and motivated by performance-based compensation. This position may not be the right fit for those seeking: A reduced schedule (e.g., 9–4) A low-volume clinical setting Long-term guaranteed salary structures We maintain strong new patient flow compared to many traditional private practices. Top-performing associates in our group have earned approximately $300,000+ annually working four days per week (11-hour shifts) . Individual earnings vary based on production, clinical efficiency, case acceptance, and schedule availability. This position offers the opportunity to build significant income as an associate in a high-demand Southern California market, supported by strong patient volume and operational systems. Requirements
- Applicants must be comfortable performing: Molar root canal therapy, Surgical and non-surgical extractions, Comprehensive treatment planning in a fast-paced setting
