Simply put, Accelerate provides behind-the-scenes support — including recruiting, HR, payroll, and operational resources — so the doctor and clinical team can stay focused on patient care, collaboration, and creating a positive work environment. This is not a corporate dentistry model. You will work directly for Coral Canyon Dental, alongside the same doctor and team each day, while benefiting from additional resources designed to support growth, mentorship, and long-term success for both the practice and its providers.

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active dental license (or eligibility) in Utah
  • Strong communication and patient-centric care skills
  • Desire to grow clinically and professionally
  • Positive attitude and collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

  • Diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Preventive and restorative procedures
  • Extractions, crowns, bridges, and esthetic dentistry
  • Patient education and preventive care
  • Delivering a warm and compassionate patient experience
