This is not a corporate dentistry model. You will work directly for Mountain Dental, alongside the same doctor and team each day, while benefiting from additional resources designed to support growth, mentorship, and long-term success for both the practice and its providers.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Wyoming dental license (or eligibility)
Strong clinical foundation in comprehensive general dentistry
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
Excellent communication and case presentation skills
Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat patients of all ages with comprehensive general dentistry
Perform exams, restorative treatment, crown and bridge, extractions, and other general procedures
Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and ethics
Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team
