About The Position

Mountain Dental is seeking a motivated, clinically driven Associate Dentist to join our established, patient-centered practice in beautiful Wyoming. This is more than an associate role, it’s a long-term opportunity with mentorship, leadership development, and a clear path to equity ownership. If you’re passionate about comprehensive dentistry, value strong patient relationships, and want to grow within a supportive, stable practice model, we’d love to connect. About Mountain Dental Mountain Dental delivers comprehensive general dentistry with compassion, integrity, and modern clinical excellence. Our team is committed to building lasting relationships with patients while creating comfortable, high-quality treatment experiences. You’ll join a fully staffed, well-equipped practice where systems are in place, patient flow is strong, and leadership is invested in your long-term success. This is an environment where you can focus on dentistry, not the back-office stress. Mountain Dental partners with Accelerate Dental, a non-corporate dental support organization. Simply put, Accelerate provides behind-the-scenes support, including recruiting, HR, payroll, and operational resources so the doctor and clinical team can stay focused on patient care, collaboration, and creating a positive work environment. This is not a corporate dentistry model. You will work directly for Mountain Dental, alongside the same doctor and team each day, while benefiting from additional resources designed to support growth, mentorship, and long-term success for both the practice and its providers.
