The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us. This is a digital-first role responsible for the strategic ownership and ongoing optimization of Dexcom’s Provider (HCP) website, a core digital platform supporting healthcare professional engagement and adoption. The Associate Marketing Manager will partner cross-functionally to deliver seamless, compliant, and high-performing digital experiences that drive measurable growth in HCP engagement, lead generation, and conversion. This role requires a strong digital marketer with experience managing CMS platforms, optimizing UX and conversion pathways, and leveraging data and insights to continuously improve performance. This is a remote position reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, HCP Experience.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing website CMS platforms (Drupal, Wordpress, etc).
  • Strategic mindset with experience working on digital-based initiatives with marketing teams
  • Demonstrable experience driving business value through innovative digital campaigns
  • Experience expanding audience awareness in SEO channel
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate within the team and cross functionally
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, organizing, problem solving, presentation and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary owner and internal subject matter expert for the Provider website CMS platform
  • Drive optimization of HCP digital conversion pathways, including forms, content journeys, and lead capture mechanisms
  • Partner with analytics and commercial teams to identify, capture and nurture qualified HCP leads
  • Expand reach and engagement across a broadening HCP audience through SEO-driven content and site optimization
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance, user behavior and conversion metrics to inform ongoing improvements
  • Ensure connection between sales and marketing data touchpoints from responsible digital platforms
  • Identify and implement innovative tools and experiences on the Provider website (testing, enhanced UX, emerging technologies and advanced personalization tools)
  • Partners internally with Product Marketing Team, Creative Services, Commercial Forecasting and Analytics, Sales Operations, Sales Training as well as external vendors
