Global Risk & Compliance (“GRC”) independently oversees the company’s compliance, risk-taking and risk management activities, including the comprehensive identification, management, and mitigation of risks within the Company’s risk appetite. GRC ensures the company operates in a safe, sound and fully compliant manner within all applicable regulatory expectations. We create and maintain the overall risk management framework while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. The product group within Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) is responsible for building and implementing innovative technology solutions for GRC; owns the vision and roadmap for capabilities, platforms, and modernization efforts How will you make an impact in this role? The Analyst Product Owner works with managers and directors to design solutions and strategies using GRC ratified data, predictive and generative AI models, data visualization, and UI development for American Express Global Financial Grimes Compliance. Collaborates with partners on other GRC teams, Financial Crimes Investigations, Data Science, and Technologies to create world-class analytical capabilities and solutions to minimize credit and fraud risk and improve customer experience.
