Rolling Stone is seeking an Account Management Associate Director to help drive strategic revenue growth across its cross-platform advertising portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, client partnership, and integrated media execution, serving as a key architect of high-impact programs across digital, print, social, experiential, and branded content. The Account Management Associate Director will collaborate closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to design scalable, insight-led solutions that deliver against client objectives while advancing Rolling Stone’s broader revenue and margin goals. The ideal candidate combines strong media fluency with business acumen; someone who understands how to translate brand ambition into thoughtful packaging, pricing strategy, and measurable performance outcomes. Success in this role requires a consultative mindset and sharp analytical instincts. As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.
